Office Policy for Buyers

By law all licensees are required to provide you with the attached consumer notice ("green sheet") which explains agency. Please read it, sign and date it, and return a copy to us.

Traditionally, real estate licensees represent sellers. We will do so in negotiations with you unless you select a BUYER AGENCY Agreement.

To best help you we recommend an EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY whereby we can be working FOR YOU in all transactions during the time agreed upon. We also offer non-exclusive buyer agency whereby we represent you only regarding the properties offered to you by us.

There will be no extra buyers closing fees charged by our office. Our fee for service is the commission.

Regardless of the form of our working together, we look forward to providing PROFESSIONAL real estate service to you.
