Office Policy for Buyers
To buy in Butler County PA or anywhere in
Western PennsylvaniaBy law all licensees are required to provide you with the consumer notice which explains agency. It is NOT a contract, please read it, and be prepared to sign one when you meet one of our professional associates.
Traditionally, real estate licensees represent sellers. We will do so in negotiations with you unless you select a BUYER AGENCY Agreement.
To best help you we recommend an EXCLUSIVE BUYER AGENCY whereby we can be working FOR YOU in all transactions in Butler County PA or elsewhere during the time agreed upon. We also offer non-exclusive buyer agency whereby we represent you only regarding the properties offered to you by us.
There will be no extra buyers closing fees charged by our office. Our fee for service is the commission.
Regardless of the form of our working together, we look forward to providing PROFESSIONAL real estate service to you.
